Calgary, AB Jan. 11, 2017 – The Board of Directors of Resource Merchant Capital (“RMC”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Elise Robertson as Chief Financial Officer.
Robertson joins RMC from Pacesetter Directional Drilling, where she was the Controller from 2007 through to the sale of Pacesetter to Schlumberger in January of 2015. At Pacesetter, aside from her day to day accounting oversite, Robertson was a significant part of the strategic growth of the company, overseeing the implementation of leading processes and systems, creating efficiencies which contributed to making Pacesetter a market leader.

Robertson graduated from Mount Royal University with an Applied Business Degree in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Elise is a designated Chartered Professional Accountant, Certified Management Accountant (CPA, CMA). She is fluent in French and lives in Calgary with her husband and two daughters.
